Sega put out a short animated prologue featuring the three bad guys from the future Sonic Superstars game as a way to get people excited about it. Sonic Superstars is a 2.5D side-scrolling journey with Sonic and his friends. It takes the series back to its roots, which were successfully brought back in 2017's Sonic Mania. https://freegamesonline.io
